As specialists in design & build, we love talking to clients who are thinking about a garage conversion. Most builders only want to get involved once you have drawings & building warrants, which is one of the things that makes us a bit different!
In our first meeting, you can tell us about your ideas or what you’re hoping to achieve. We can also give advice on getting the best conversion for your budget.
Speaking to an architect would be the next stage. We have architects who specialise in garage conversions in different council areas. This local expertise means we should be able to create a design you’ll love and get the building warrants quickly (and planning permission, if it’s required). Once you are totally happy with the plans, we can submit a final quotation and hopefully arrange to progress with the conversion.

As we are totally in control of all aspects of the building & finishing work, the project will move more quickly & will be less stressful for you. When we finish, the converted space will be in a walk-in condition.

We usually carry out all of the building work and all of the interior work, when converting a garage. This obviously depends on how the space will be used but can include kitchen installation, bathrooms, wet rooms, saunas, lighting, decorating etc. Of course, if you have your own trades that you’d like to use for kitchens, bathrooms or decorating etc, we are more than happy to just quote for converting the garage.
