We try & make remodelling a kitchen as simple as possible. As design & build specialists, we love talking to clients while they’re just thinking about creating a new kitchen. The focus is on designing & building a kitchen that exceeds your expectation and can be enjoyed for years to come.
In our first meeting, you can tell us about your ideas for the kitchen, your style, what you’d like & what is essential. We’ll gladly offer suggestions to help you get the most out of your space & budget.
Depending on the type of project, we may need to involve an architect. We have different architects who specialise in different types of extensions, and can create visuals of how your new kitchen would look.
Once you’re happy with the plans, the architect & ourselves will then help ensure you can obtain planning permission for your house extension, and the final building warrants to actually start the building work. We’ve worked with the planning departments in Glasgow City Council, East & West Dunbartonshire & Renfrewshire and will help you throughout the process.
Already have your design?
This may be for a simple remodel of your existing kitchen, or you may have plans finalised for a more significant project, such as an extension. If this is all organised, the next step is to find a professional contractor to carry out the work & install the kitchen.
Your new kitchen, regardless of how good the design, will depend entirely on the quality of the kitchen fitters and/or builders. We can show you examples of kitchens we have completed & can then supply a quotation.
In most cases, we carry out all of the remodelling work. This includes any structural work, plumbing, electrics, lighting, flooring & decorating…and obviously fitting the kitchen.
By the time we’ve finished, your kitchen will look amazing and you won’t need to do a thing!

1. Contact us for an initial chat
To begin with, just get in touch to arrange a free home visit. Grant Bell or Thomas Higgins (directors) are both hugely experienced in remodelling kitchens.
2. Free consultation / survey
You can talk us through the improvements you’d like to make and, if you need it, we could make some suggestions. We’ll also show you examples of kitchens that we’ve recently renovated in the Glasgow area. If it’s required, we can also arrange architects, planning permission & building warrants.
3. Remodelling your kitchen
Assuming that you’re happy with the design & the quality of work, we’ll submit a quotation. All things being well, we’ll then agree on a date to begin the remodelling and agree on a schedule of works.
