We Specialise In “New Build” Houses

As design & build specialists, we love to speak with clients as early as possible. The majority of builders & joiners only want to get involved once drawings & building warrants etc. have been organised. However, we find that a few conversations in the early stages, before we involve architects, can be very beneficial to clients.

In our first meeting, you can talk to us about your new home. At this stage, we’ll gladly offer practical advice on the design & build.

The next step would be to speak with an architect. We have architects who specialise in different types of new build properties in different areas. This means that we should be able to create a design you’ll love and work with the relevant authority to obtain planning permission asap. Once you’re happy with the plans, we can submit a quotation and hopefully arrange to progress with the project.

As we’re an established “all trades” building company we can look after all aspects of the build. From clearing the site & laying the foundations, to applying the final coat of paint, we really can do everything. As we are totally in control of all aspects of the building & finishing work, you do not have the stress of co-ordinating different trades & the schedule of work. This leads to a smoother build & less stress for yourself. 

We are used to working with architects & structural engineers and are able to project-manage all aspects of the build. This includes demolition & site clearance, groundworks, utilities, building & roofing, interior joinery, bathrooms, kitchens, electrical work & even the decorating. Of course, if you have some of your own trades, we can do as much or as little of the interior work as you like.

Quite simply, we aim to make the process of building the new house as simple as possible. We’ll work with you every step of the way to create a beautiful home, while finishing on time and on budget.
