1. Contact us
To begin with, just give us a call to arrange a free home visit. Grant Bell & Thomas Higgins (directors) are both hugely experienced roofers. We can meet whenever is convenient for you.
2. Free consultation / survey
If you’re unsure as to whether or not you need a new roof, we’ll obviously carry out a detailed survey. Rest assured – if you don’t need a new roof…we’ll tell you.
If you’re simply considering having the roof replaced for aesthetics, we can discuss the look you’re looking to achieve and any other requests. We can have a chat about your options when it comes to tiles, gutters, fascias etc & can show you examples of our work and advise on planning permission (may or may not be required). We’ll follow this up with a written quotation.
3. Commence work
Assuming you like what we say (and the price), we can then agree on a date to do the work. There is no requirement to pay until the work is completed to your (and our) satisfaction.
