We carry out a lot of renovations in Glasgow – often after a property has been purchased, in order to ensure it’s perfect for the new owners. However, it’s becoming increasingly popular for people to improve their homes, rather than looking to move.
Whether you just want to start again in a room (new flooring, plastered walls, skirting, cornices etc) or look at changing the use of rooms & removing walls, we’ll be able to help.
How We Work
In the first instance, you’d have an initial conversation with Grant Bell or Thomas Higgins (directors) to discuss the changes you’d like to make. Both are highly-experienced & knowledgable builders and will be happy to give advice on making the best use of your space (along with showing examples of our work).
Depending on the type of project, we can organise whatever is required – architects, engineers, building warrants. Of course, we can just progress with quoting for the work if you’ve already finalised plans if you already have the drawings.

Complete renovation & refurbishment services
We provide all services for renovating, remodelling or simply refurbishing homes in and around Glasgow. This includes everything from minor repairs & improvements, to working with architects & engineers on renovating an entire property.
Our aim is to bring your vision of the property to life. As a long-standing member of the Federation of Master Builders, you can be assured that all of our work will be completed to the highest of standards.
Because we are an established “all trades” building company we can handle all aspects of improvements & renovations. This includes building & joinery work, bathroom adaptation & remodelling, kitchen design & installation, plumbing and heating, plastering, electrical work and painting & decoration. Frequently, we’ll combine renovation work with extensions, loft conversions & the addition of patio or bi-folding doors.
These skills can be utilised on small jobs & major projects. You’ll be pleased to know that our rates are very competitive, and we are well-known for finishing projects on-time & on-budget.
